Although it’s a relatively small area of land, Purchase is home to a lot of major corporation headquarters, including PepsiCo, MasterCard and Atlas Air Inc.  Purchase has attracted many New York homebuyers because of its quiet surroundings and its close proximity to New York City.  Many celebrities live in Purchase, which is considered the top ranked wealthiest community in the country.
